Dass sie von diesen Fremden vor zwei Monaten aus Bulgarien nach Wien gebracht wurde. Dass sie hier täglich 200 Euro erbetteln musste. Dass sie Rosen verkaufte. Dass sie verprügelt wurde und vergewaltigt, wenn es zu wenig war. Dass sie in der Nähe vom Wiener Westbahnhof gewohnt hat, bei ihren Ausbeutern. Und dass sie ihr Schicksal mit der fünfzehnjährigen Mara* teilte.
Das alles wird Jeka erzählen. Zuerst der bulgarischen Botschaft, in die sie mit Mara fliehen wird. Dann der Jugendwohlfahrt und dann der Polizei und dann noch einmal dem Gericht. Dann wird Jeka lange schweigen. Die blauen Striemen auf ihrem Köper werden in einem Monat verblassen. Die Erinnerung an das, was geschah, wird für immer bleiben.
Einer, der zuhört, ist Norbert Ceipek. Er ist Sozialarbeiter beim Magistrat der Stadt Wien und Leiter der „Drehscheibe Augarten“. Dort kümmert man sich um minderjährige, unbegleitete Fremde, also um ausländische Kinder, die in Wien ohne Eltern aufgefunden werden. Die meisten kommen aus Bulgarien, aber auch aus Rumänien, Moldau, China und anderen Staaten. Die meisten Kinder sind zwischen neun und dreizehn. „Ihre Schicksale sind alle ähnlich“, sagt Ceipek. „Man darf sich die Geschichten nicht zu sehr zu Herzen nehmen, sonst geht man daran zugrunde.“ Ein Zigarette anzünden muss er sich trotzdem.

Durch alle Fälle zieht sich ein roter Faden. In den Herkunftsländern der Kinder herrscht Armut. Kriminelle Organisationen bieten Eltern an, ihre Kinder in den Westen zu bringen. Für ältere Kinder hätten sie Arbeit, für jüngere eine Adoptivfamilie. Manchmal zahlen die Eltern den Kinderhändlern noch Geld. Andere Familien verkaufen ihre Kinder schlicht oder „vermieten“ sie. Eine notarielle Bescheinigung, die den Kinderhändler zur rechtmäßigen Aufsichtsperson erklärt, gibt dem ein rechtmäßiges Gesicht.
Wir alle kennen die Kinder aus Wien, es sind mehrere Hundert. Aus dem Park, wo sie Handtaschen stehlen, aus Drogerien, wo sie Parfüm mitgehen lassen, aus der U-Bahn und von der Mariahilfer Straße, wo sie uns welke Rosen oder einfach ihre Hände entgegenstrecken. Andere sind weniger sichtbar. Des Nachts sind sie am Kinderstrich. Oder in Wohnungen wie die 13-jährige Tatjana*. Sie muss 15 Freier über sich ergehen lassen. Täglich. Die Zigaretten, die ihre „Besitzer“ an ihrem Körper ausdämpfen, der Schlaf- und Essensentzug und die Schläge brechen auch den stärksten Willen. Tatjana wagt die Flucht erst als sie schwanger wird.
FURCHT VOR DER FLUCHT
Die Fluchtgedanken der Kinder werden mit Drohungen zerstreut. „Die österreichische Polizei wird dich ins Gefängnis stecken.“ „Wir töten deine Eltern.“ Viele in Sicherheit gebrachte Kinder laufen deshalb wieder weg – zu klein ist das Vertrauen in die Polizei und zu groß die Angst vor der Rache der Peiniger.
Dass für diese die Rechung der Grausamkeit aufgeht, belegen die Statistiken der UNO. Der Menschenhandel bringt weltweit nach illegalem Drogen- und Waffenhandel den größten Umsatz. 1,2 Millionen Kinder sind betroffen. Kindersklaven lohnen sich: Ein Kind ist leicht zu schmuggeln. Es immer und immer wieder stehlen lassen, betteln lassen. Zum Sex zwingen. Es vergewaltigen. Bedrohen. Und um viel Geld weiterverkaufen. Je jünger das Kind, desto besser: Es ist länger einsetzbar, leichter einzuschüchtern und kann in Österreich bis 14 Jahre für Vergehen nicht bestraft werden.
Die Behörden in Wien erkennen Kinderhandel zunehmend als Problem. 2007 wurde das Betteln mit Kindern verboten. Hilfsorganisationen kritisieren allerdings, dass das den Opfern nicht hilft, weil sie dann in weniger sichtbaren Bereichen ausgebeutet werden. Und, weil kurzfristig weniger Kinder aufgegriffen wurden, wurde das Personal der „Drehscheibe“ reduziert: Jeka und Mara mussten zehn Tage warten, bis sie zum Arzt und Psychologen konnten, erzählt Ceipek.
VERKANNTE OPFER
Das größte Problem bleibt aber, dass die nicht alle Kindersklaven von den Behörden als solche erkannt werden. Oft werden eher Täter gesehen als Opfer. Oberst Gerald Tatzgern vom Bundeskriminalamt erklärt das so: „Wenn ein 16-jähriger Roma bei einem Autoeinbruch erwischt wird um drei in der Früh mit zwei Autoradios oder einem Navigationsgerät unterm Arm, ist es im ersten Moment schwierig, an ein Opfer zu denken.“ Die Polizei werde zwar geschult, es brauche aber mehr Bewusstsein, dass solche Täter eventuell Opfer von Zwang und Ausbeutung sein könnten.
In den Augen der Bevölkerung gelten Kinder wie Jeka und Mara vor allem als aufdringlich, lästig, schmutzig, aggressiv. Die blauen Striemen, die Brandwunden, die zerrissenen Vaginas? Nicht sehen, nicht sehen wollen, scheint die Devise zu sein.

aber es stimmt schon, was im artikel steht. viele gehen vorbei. auch ich treffe auf solche kinder oft und weiß nicht, was ich tun soll.

jetzt sind die unten noch immer die großen macker und halten ihre "untertanen" unter kontrolle.
