Anstatt herum zu sitzen und nichts zu tun, habe ich beschlossen Geschichten von meinem Grundwehrdienst bei der Ehren Garde zu erzählen.
Ich war bei der letzten Einheit dabei, die acht Monate dienen musste. Das heisst, all diejenigen, die ab Jänner 2006 eingerückt waren, sind drei Tage vor uns abgerüstet. Alles in einem war die Zeit beim Bundesheer super. Doch Anfangs war es ziemlich hart.
Am ersten Tag hatten wir unsere komplette Garderobe (Uniform, Schuhe, Jacken, Handschuhe,....) audgefasst.
Gleich danach hiess es: "Aufsitzen". Damit meinte der Oberwachtmeister, dass wir in den Bus einsteigen sollten, der uns nach Götzendorf bringen sollte, wo wir acht Wochen unsere Grundausbidung hatten.
Die ersten zwei Wochen waren Stress pur. Da wir bei der Garde waren, mussten wir von 8:30 Uhr bis kurz vor 24 Uhr Exerzierübungen machen. Ständing die verschiedenen KAZ (Kampfausrüstung), von 1-3, herstellen und später wieder den Spind einräumen. Das dauerte über Stunden, solange bis man es wirklich perfekt konnte. Die sogenannte "Kostümparade" musste durchgeführt werden. Bedeutet, dass wir uns ständig umziehen mussten.
Was von Anfang an passen bzw. gemacht werden musste, war die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Gänge, das korrekte Salutieren, die Spindordnung, das Bett korrekt aufräumen, die Schuhe und die Gewehre im Spind sauber halten.
Nach der Grundausbildung waren wir wieder zurück in der Maria Theresien Kaserne (MTK). Da ging es weiter mit den Exezierübungen. Von Morgens bis Abends nur Marschieren und das präsentieren der Waffen üben.
Wir sind öfters ausgerückt um wichtige Staatmänner aus verschiedenen Ländern zu empfangen. Das erste mal, wie wir ausrückten, hatte es geschneit und der Fussboden war eisig. Einige in der Kompanie sind ausgerutscht und hingefallen. Für die Zuschauer recht amüsant, doch für uns alles andere als Spass.
Denn, sobald man sich nicht beherrschen konnte und einen Fehler, auch wenn nur einer dabei Schuld ist, gemacht hatte, wurde die ganze Kompanie bestraft. Denn es heisst: "Die Kompanie ist so schwach wie ihr schwächstes Glied", "Die Kompanie hält immer zusammen".
Viele von uns machten andauernd Fehler, für die wir alle bestarft wurden. Meistens waren es immer dieselben. Deswegen, wurde derjenige von den anderen nicht sehr gemocht. So kam es vor, dass man seinen Spind umdrehte und ihn hin und her schüttelte, damit es drinnen unordentlich wird. Oder, dass man Schuhfarbe in die Schuhe gab. Dann wurden wir wieder alle bestraft. Wir mussten mit der schwierigsten KAZ 10 Runden um die Kaserne rennen, durften manchmal gar nicht nach Hause, hatten längere Exerzierübungen. Einmal wurde sogar einem ein Streich gespielt, in dem man seine Waffe versteckte. Derjenige bekam natürlich Panik und meldete das, genauso wie bei den restlichen Streichen, dem Zugskommandanten. Dem waren unsere Streiche schon bekannt, doch diesmal hatten wir die Grenze überschritten. Somit durften wir für eine ganze Woche nicht nach Hause, durften die komplette Kaserne reinigen, immer wieder KAZ ein und auspacken, 30 Runden um die Kaserne mit der KAZ rennen, und und und.
Vor kurzem hat mir ein sehr guter Freund erzählt, dass sie als Bestrafung komplett Nackt, bis auf die Boxershorts, draussen im Schnee und bei Minusgraden Müll aufräumen mussten.
Also, diese Strafe ist härter als alle, die ich und meine Kompanie durchmachen mussten. Denn ich weiss ganz genau, wie kalt es während der Bundesheer Zeit werden kann.
Unseren Grenzeinsatz hatten wir für einen Monat im Burgenland und da war es verdammt kalt. Bis zu Minus 30 Grad in der Nacht. Eines Nachts als ich die Grenze kontrollieren musste, war es kälter als je zuvor. Ich hatte so ziemlich alles an, was in meinem Spind anziehbar war, doch dennoch war es kalt. Es war so kalt, sodass meine Matte und meine Handschuhe eingefroren waren. Ich hatte so etwas nie zuvor erlebt. Doch ansonsten war der Grenzeinsatz ganz gemütlich.
Wenn ich mich nochmals zwischen dem Zivildenst und dem Bundesheer entscheiden müsste, würde ich wieder das Bundesheer wählen.

rücklblickend ist es natürlich lustig zeit und man lernt viele freunde kennen. hätte ich aber eine zeitmaschine und könnte zu meinem bundesheer-ich reisen und ihm sage, dass ich nochmal das heer machen würde, würde er mich sowas von verprügeln.

grundsätzlich bin ich dem organ und der funktion des öst. bundesheer sehr positiv gegenüber gestellt. nur kann ich dieses gelabere nicht ertragen. ich kann mich noch erinnern als ich mit meiner kompanie eingerückt bin wie wir mit dem bus nach allentsteig gefahren sind. auf die frage warum man zum heer gegangen ist haben die, die auf hart machen den üblichen scheiss verzapt "Ja Arme gehört zum Mann sein dazu, blablabla, mein Vater war auch beim Heer blabla". Genau diese typen waren die, die als erste gejamert haben und zum artz gegangen sind obwohl sie nichts hatten.
