Sitze spät noch am PC und lese den Kommentar eines Betroffenen. Er kommentiert den Artikel von Ivana Cucujkic über Scheinehen. Da stellt sich mir die Frage, ob man in Österreich noch auf normalem Wege, ohne Heirat und Familienvisum, arbeiten darf?

Gibt es überhaupt eine Möglichkeit bzw. Hilfe für den Menschen? Ist das wirklich so einfach, dass man eine Arbeitsbewilligung bekommt, wenn nur "eine" Firma ihr OK gibt? Und welche Voraussetzunge muss man erfüllen, dass man wirklich als unabkömmlich für den Arbeitsmarkt gesehen wird?

Wenn man es auf legalem Wege probieren will, hört auf einmal niemand mehr zu. Wenns um Illegale geht, regt sich dann jeder auf. Katastrophe sowas!!!

Kann zu dem Thema überhaupt wer von den Behörden Stellung nehmen? Ich wünsche mir in dem Moment eine Firma, wo ich qualifizierte Menschen einstellen kann, dessen Bildung und Lebenskampf niemand schätzt, und sie, auch ohne dass sie Anhang einer Familie sind, Arbeit finden. Gibt anscheinend genug davon. Und genau die, welche 1000 mal um eine Chance gebeten haben, abgelehnt wurden, greifen dann auf Mittel zurück, die der Gesellschaft (und Staat) nicht passen. Traurig...

ich verstehe aber nicht: bei einem job könntest du dableiben, nur findet sich keine firma, die dir einen job anbietet?

dass eine firma ein formular ausfüllen müsste,wo sie bestätigt, dass er oder sie unabkömmlich ist...

Eine Firma muss nur sagen bzw. auf dem Formular ausfüllen, warum diese genau mich haben möchte und die Geschichte wäre fürs Erste erledigt. Außerdem ist Voraussetzung, dass ich 2304€ brutto verdienen muss...das wären ca. 1600€ netto, was mit einem Abschluss eigentlich eh selbstverständlich wäre. Aber diesen Verdienst kann man mehr oder weniger mit der Firma ausmachen. Wichtig ist, dass sich eine Firma findet, die sich hinter mich stellt und sagt dass ich genau der bin, den sie brauchen.

das ist leider wahr, das habe ich auch schon gehört, wenn jmd in Ö arbeiten möchte und eine aufenthaltsbewilligung auf legalem wege ist nur durch eine heirat möglich! ich wusste gar nicht, dass es in Ö auch so schwer ist, aber woanders dürfte das nicht anders sein. nur denke ich muss das für den betroffenen ziemlich hart sein, wenn man keine andere möglichkeit hat ausser zu heiraten...
